750 gms chicken (cut into medium-sized pieces)
3 tbsp of refined oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
2 sprigs of curry leaves
2 green chillies (sliced)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 ½ tsp coriander powder
2 ½ tbsp of black pepper (crushed)
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp fennel powder
Salt to taste
